Based on construction license No 166/GPXD issued on 28/07/2010, Daewon Thuduc Housing Development JSC was developed a Complex named Cantavil - Premier in An Phu Ward, District 2 with 36 floors and 2 basements. This is the highest apartment building in HCM City with the height of 144m which is built on the land area of 11,170.32 m2.
The project consists of a podium 54meters with 10 floors high for Parkson shopping and commercial centers, modern Cineplex, food court and entertainment, pool, gym, sauna and steam room, squash , Gym Golf and office leasing.
2 Towers: D1 & D2, floors 11 to 36 are 200 apartments which designed and equipped in very modern and luxurious with the following types:

- Type B: 125.15m2 (3 bedrooms)
- Type C: 111.03m2 (3 bedrooms)
- Duplex Penthouse with area: 199.76m2, 227.55m2, 321.96m2, 461.15m2
Each floor has only 4 apartments and are designed at 4 corners of each floor with natural light flooding in each apartment, and each building consists of 3 elevators for residents with separated entrance with the commercial center. Each tower consists of 4 Duplex Penthouse are designed on 35 & 36 floor. Especially there is a customer deposited for signing capital contribution contract for a Duplex - Penthouse value equivalent to $ 1 million and other duplex penthouses of Tower D2 were reserved as well.
So far, 40 customers signed contracts to buy apartments with capital contributed average price of 29 million m2, and 30 clients made reservation to buy apartments Cantavil - Premier.
The Model House is expected to be completed in Quarter 1 in 2011
